How does the registration in the webshop work?

Here's how it works: You click on the "Subscribe" link, enter your e-mail address and you will receive the link to subscribe in your inbox. When you click on the link, you will be taken back to the store home page and you are logged in.
This way, you don't have to remember a password and you can be sure that only you have access to your data.

How does the order process work?

ORDERING PROCESS:
OUR OFFER IS PRIMARILY ADDRESSED TO COMPANIES, COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES, PUBLIC AUTHORITIES AND SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS

1. shopping cart
Select the products you wish to order by clicking the "Add to cart" button.
This will add your selection to the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time, until you send your order, by changing the number of products and updating the shopping cart or canceling the order process.
You can delete individual products in the shopping cart by clicking the „delete“ button.
During the next ordering step, you can decide whether you would like to make an enquiry first or place an order.

2. enter billing and shipping address
First enter your email address. The required field country will be determined automatically. If you want to change the country name, you have to click on the field "Country". Now enter your billing address and if necessary a different shipping address. Required fields are marked with a red star.

Please read the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy carefully. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with all data protection regulations. No other use or disclosure by third parties will take place. You can only proceed with your order if you agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. By clicking the button "Save and continue" you will be taken to the next step of the order process.

3. complete the order process
You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products and the delivery and billing address. Please check here whether all the details are correct. By clicking the button "Confirm" you send your order to us.
When you place an order, you place a legally binding order and you will receive an order confirmation from us in a separate e-mail with an attached invoice and payment instructions.

Why is the gross price displayed?

Since we also grant private customers access to the shop and enable orders, we are obliged to show gross prices. To each price the included VAT is shown separately.

What happens after the order?

After the order has been completed, your transaction will go to our order processing department. We will check your order for completeness and contact you if we have any questions.
Finally, you will receive an order confirmation from us, if necessary with an attached invoice, delivery and payment information.

Is a given framework contract taken under consideration?

Yes, your incoming order will be checked by our order processing department and existing agreements will be taken into consideration during processing. However, discounts cannot be combined.

Can I change the order afterwards?

Yes, you can contact our order processing department at any time. Please use the contact form or contact us by phone. Please have your order number ready.
