ELABO - Protective Earth Testsystem for Checking electric monorail conveyors
The unit is built in a steel sheet housing type RITTAL.
Color RAL 7035
Inside the housing there is a mounting plate for mounting the continuity test unit.
The system supplies an AC - Current of max. 30A and with a nominal voltage of 12V. This current flows through the electrical monorail conveyors and tests the continuity. A comparator board compares the measured value with an adjusted value.
If the measured value is bigger than the adjusted value a good signal will be created. For controling the unit there is an external voltage of 24V necessary. Starting the unit is possible by pressing the start button or by connecting an external 24V - Signal to the unit. There is a test resistant included for the self test.

All bush buttons, lamps, switches, Relay and terminals are made by Siemens. The wiring is done by cables with UL-approval Predominantly manufactured with UL components! The unit will be conneced at the bottom of the housing with 4 inlets.
